     AMBUCS is a national service organiation composed of a diverse group of men and women dedicated to creating independence and opportunities for people with disabilities.

     AMBUCS meetings, community service projects, and special events bring together a wide variety of people to promote common causes.  AMBUCS members quickly become AMBUCS friends.  And many of those friendships last a lifetime.

     As you work shoulder to shoulder with these volunteers, you'll contribute to club activities and goals, and you'll learn new skills that can pay lasting dividends in your professional life.  You will also have the opportunity to make valuable contacts and develop leadership skills.

      There is no doubt that service to others is what AMBUCS is all about.  When you join AMBUCS, you'll join a group of individuals who are ready to make a difference in their community.  AMBUCS local and national service projects generate intense satisfaction and pride.
